Freedom Unlimited × Layer7554 is a creative music project rooted in African culture and driven by a global vision.
The music brings together rhythm, storytelling and contemporary production to create songs that move between celebration and reflection, struggle and resilience, identity and purpose.
From Afro-fusion and Afrobeats to Afropop, Highlife, Soul and cinematic soundscapes, every release is part of a wider story — music created not only to be heard, but to be experienced.
These songs explore life, culture, human connection and the world around us while carrying an unmistakable African perspective to listeners everywhere.
MUSIC IS A STORY

Every song begins
with something worth saying.
Through rhythm, melody and words, the music explores experiences that are personal, cultural and universal — from resilience and identity to purpose, celebration and the world around us.
Resilience
The strength to keep moving when life becomes difficult. Some songs turn struggle into reflection, courage and hope.
Culture
African identity, rhythm and experience remain at the heart of the sound — carrying familiar roots into a wider world.
Purpose
Music can entertain, but it can also make us think. Every story has something to leave with the listener.
